Planned Maintenance (PMA)
Keep it maintained, keep it safe, keep it running
Nothing works for long without regular maintenance, and your home elevator is no exception. It may be tempting to “set and forget”, but when it comes to elevators waiting to think about maintenance till something breaks can be a dangerous mistake.
Is your elevator warranty valid?
Since most parts warranties are only valid if regular qualified service is performed, you may need to have a maintenance plan in effect to ensure that you are protected in the event of equipment failure. In the long run, cutting corners on maintenance to save a few bucks could end up costing you more in the long run. For safety and reliability when you need it, it’s much better to have our equipment technicians inspect and service the equipment with a regularly scheduled checkup.
